Pricing, Terms and Deposit
A rental fee of $600 will secure this facility for the day of your scheduled event and a scheduled two hour rehearsal time, if needed. A signed contract, a non-refundable deposit of $300 and a current credit card number for a security deposit are required to reserve your date. The balance of your final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
Rental hours for your event, including set-up and clean-up, are from 10:00am to 11:00pm. (Special arrangements can be made for morning events.) Days available are Monday through Saturday only. Sunflower Lane is closed on Sundays. The facility can be rented year round, however, we are an outdoor location. We strongly suggest that you secure tents and/or canopies from a reliable rental company, even in the best weather months.
Sunflower Lane requires that you supply your own coordinator, caterer, servers, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, entertainment, set-up and clean-up. We highly recommend that you contract with a professional wedding coordinator to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for you and your guests.

Policies and Restrictions
No alcohol is allowed at this facility, including beer & champaign. No exceptions will be permitted.
No smoking inside or near the wedding barn.
Every scheduled event must have a signed contract.
Any visit to Sunflower Lane by you or others requires a scheduled appointment.
Sunflower Lane is an all outdoor facility. We can not be held responsible for high winds, rain, mud, flooding, lightning, excessive heat, etc. We strongly encourage you to rent sturdy tents or canopies from a reliable rental company. This will provide some comfort for your guests, if these conditions arise.
Please be aware that there are irrigation ditches on and around the property that could be a drowning hazard for children. Sunflower Lane is surrounded by working farms which employ heavy equipment and moving vehicles. Our farm animals can also be a hazard and should not be interacted with. Children need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Occasionally a true "country" experience may be encountered due to operating tractors or other heavy equipment in the surrounding fields. Dust, animal noises, farm smells and other related farming activities are all possible. Sunflower Lane can not be held responsible for any of these necessary farming practices. Farming is the livelihood of our neighbors.
